A high-tech highway between Arizona and Utah is coming to life.
The High Speed Rail Authority of the US and Mexico announced Wednesday that a $1.9 billion line will open in 2019.
The line will connect Arizona to the city of Phoenix, Utah.
That would be the first of its kind.
But this project is also about more than just connecting Arizona and Salt Lake City.
The project, called The Great Divide, aims to connect the two communities by a road that would run along the Arizona-Utah border.
The highway will span more than 100 miles.
It would connect Phoenix with Tucson, Arizona and connect the city with Salt Lake.
The first phase of the highway will open up in 2019 and the second phase in 2023.
“We want to give the people of Arizona the opportunity to have a connection to Utah,” the project’s head, Bill Ralston, said.
“I think the Great Divide will be a great addition to the state of Arizona.”
The line, named Highway 41, will run from the Arizona State University campus in Tempe to the Arizona state line in the Utah city of Yuma.
Ralton said the project will create about 700 construction jobs, including those in Arizona.
The new highway would eventually connect the cities of Tucson and Salt Lakes.
The road will also link Salt Lake and Yuma in the Ute Mountain range to the west, a corridor that’s seen increasing traffic since the Great Recession.
The Arizona High Speed Transportation Authority is the state agency responsible for building and operating the high-profile highway.
The agency has a long history of work in Arizona, with its first high-altitude rail line built in 1962.
“Our history of building railroads across the U.S. has been a major part of the growth and success of Arizona and the U, but there is no better way to demonstrate that the United States is a leader in rail,” Arizona Governor Doug Ducey said in a statement.
“This project will bring jobs and investment to our communities and the Arizona economy.
The Great Division is a great opportunity to show the world we are a nation of people who want to build a better future.”
The highway is a major development in the United State, where the state is one of the most expensive to build and operate.
High-speed transit systems, which are expensive to operate and operate poorly, are becoming more common, thanks to growing economic prosperity in cities like Phoenix and Salt, as well as the rapid growth of cities like Austin, Texas, where some of the world’s fastest trains already run.
The $1 billion highway project will also connect more than 150 miles of existing highway in Arizona and New Mexico, including the state’s largest road, the 1.6-mile section of the Interstate 10 freeway.
The current Interstate 10, which connects Arizona and Texas, is the nation’s longest.
In the United Kingdom, the High Speed Railway, which is about 1,200 miles long, has been used for passenger trains.
